PDF to PNG / JPG Converter — FAQs

How do I convert a PDF page to PNG at 600 DPI?

Open your PDF here, choose 600 DPI and PNG format, then press Convert. Each page is rendered at a true 600 DPI — an A4 page becomes a 4960 × 7016 pixel image, sharp enough for professional printing. On phones, very high DPI can exceed the browser's canvas limits; if that happens you will see a message suggesting 300 DPI instead.

What is the difference between PNG and JPG output?

PNG is lossless and keeps text and lines perfectly crisp, but the files are larger. JPG produces much smaller files and is better for photos and sharing on WhatsApp. For documents and certificates, PNG at 300 DPI is the best balance; for print, use PNG at 600 DPI.

Which DPI should I choose?

72 DPI is screen size and loads fast. 150 DPI is good for everyday viewing and sharing. 300 DPI is the standard for office printing. 600 DPI is for professional print quality and archival scans — the images are very large, so it works best on a computer.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Your PDF is rendered entirely inside your own browser on your own device. The file is never uploaded, sent or stored anywhere, so certificates, ID documents and private papers stay private.

Can I download all pages at once?

Yes. After converting, every page shows its own preview and Download button, and the Download all button saves every page one after another. Your browser may ask permission for multiple downloads — allow it so all pages can be saved.

Why did 600 DPI fail on my phone?

A 600 DPI A4 page is about 35 million pixels, and many phone browsers limit canvas size below that. The tool detects the failure and tells you clearly — simply switch to 300 DPI, which still prints beautifully and works on every phone.
