Does it change the order of my list?
No. The tool keeps the first occurrence of every line exactly where it appeared and only deletes later repeats. Your original ordering is fully preserved, so the cleaned list stays in the same sequence you pasted it in.
What does case-sensitive comparison mean?
With the option off, lines like Apple and apple are treated as the same and one is removed. With it on, they are treated as different lines and both are kept. Turn it on when capitalization matters, such as passwords or case-sensitive codes.
