How accurate is the picked color?
Fully accurate for the displayed image — the tool reads the exact red, green and blue values of the pixel you click using the canvas getImageData API. Keep in mind that a compressed JPEG photo may have slightly blended pixels around sharp edges.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Your image is read locally and drawn on a canvas inside your own browser. It never leaves your device, never reaches our servers and is never stored anywhere, so your photos stay completely private.
How do I use the copied HEX code?
